First off, congratulations on the daily deviation. This is absolutely divine. Not only have you captured a dali-esque style in the stylings of your table, but you've added something modern in the handling of the characters in your work (make-up and birds included, sexuality as a delicate sidenote).... while then referencing French and Medieval art. I'm enthralled by the flow of the piece, which references the ... lets call it the "nipple notion" of the pomegranate, actual nipple and then lemons, which follow the angling of the arms to create a circular dynamic to the piece. I think, as my opinion, that your piece could have been enhanced by having a slight (barely noticeable) color reference in your white colorings to the rest of the piece. I can appreciate the attempt, but its not enough. That being said... I'd like to re-emphasize that this is a very delicate subtle balance. This may also be achieved by incorporating some of the pinks in the figure into the bottom left of the piece. Unfortunately there is a stark contrast between the bottom left and the remainder of the piece (you have no mention of pink in the table setting nor yellow in the figure). I can understand and appreciate the juxtaposition you may want to achieve in doing this but it alienates the realms. Slight hues the viewer may not even be aware of will be your hero here. Of course, thank you for considering my input, but I couldn't resist. I love this.
